My Philosophy

Every protocol I build starts with two questions: what does the research support, and what does this person actually need? Clinical literature gives me a framework, it tells me what’s been shown to work, where the evidence is strong, and where it’s still evolving. But literature alone doesn’t treat anyone. The person in front of me does the rest of the work of telling me what “working” should look like for them.

That’s why I don’t lead with a fixed program. I lead with a conversation about your history, your goals, and what you’ve already tried and build from there. Two people with the same concern can walk away from our visit with very different plans, because their bodies, their timelines, and their definitions of success aren’t the same.

Whether we’re addressing preventive wellness, regenerative therapies, aesthetic treatments, or lifestyle change, my approach blends current clinical evidence with years of hands-on practice and stays flexible enough to adjust as we learn what’s actually working for you.

This is the structure behind everything at The Lotus Glow: rigorous enough to trust, personal enough to fit.
